Management
At the end of his playing career Jimmy became heavily involved in coaching. He was a coach at Sunderland, Darlington, Swindon Town then Academy Director at Sheffield Wednesday. A spell in Australia saw him National Team Manager and the chief football coach at the National Institute for Sport. For 10 years Jimmy was the Welsh FA Technical Director and was the Welsh U21 team manager for 12 years. He also spent 1 year in Singapore working for FIFA.

She scored the winning goal against Holland that secured England's place in the final of the 2009 competition. Played in the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup. FA International Player of the Year in 2011.
